16th Birthday

I'm 16 today! I can't believe I actually made it this far in one piece...

I had a great day out at the mall and bought myself the new Sweeney Todd cast album (so excited to finally own this!) and a new pair of ear buds for my MP3 player (I've been without for almost two months...it's amazing how dependent I've become on those things!)

My mom ordered me an awesome cake from Publix with TONS of chocolate and topped with glazed strawberries! This is my first cake without something written on it (and I'm glad to see those days be gone...for now). I'll photograph the cake tonight and put a picture up tomorrow. It's almost too perfect to eat.

Later this month my family will get together to celebrate all of the July birthdays in one party. I'll let ya'll know what happens then afterwards.

ALSO: A friend of mine called me lat night to tell me that he’d picked up my birthday present: the Clue Mysteries game! In exchange, I'm getting him the Star Wars edition of RISK for his birthday (we planned this over Spring break, so there aren't any surprises).
