Well...
I guess I suck at blogging. Whatever. At least I have my memories.
We did Footloose at the end of April...and it kicked ASS! I played Rev. Shaw, and apparently I did a very good job. I had so much fun (and not so much fun) doing this show. I had the best part I could ever have been given, and I wish I could keep doing it. But all good things must come to an end, and I'm glad this one ended on such a positive note. both shows this semester have ended well. I usually feel empty after a show ends; like I've got nothing to do now and I'll be so bored until I do another show. With Antigone and Footloose, I felt good when they were done. I guess I've just learned how to let go enough to keep the moment alive in my memory, but to be able to handle it ending in reality.
God, I sound so dramatic! Well, why not? Aren't I an actor?
To any of my readers (if you even exist; I really doubt you do) I'm on Facebook now! I've finally joined an online community thing. I'll never have a MySpace, though. It's always in the news with controversy and other crap that gives it a bad name. I'm happy with my little Facebook...and my overly-neglected blog! I really do need to blog more! I've probably said this a million times by now, but it's true! I used to be a regular journaler (word?), but I fell out with that. I blogged decentkly for a while, and now look at me! I hate the neglect!
I swear, starting today, to blog at least once a week for the rest of my life. I'm sure I can keep up with that! If not...I'll probably swear to blog once every two weeks.
Well, I'm gonna call it quits. We might be going out for dinner, and I've got those onderful finals to study for (really just my speaking test in French, tomorrow, but that's just as nerve-wracking). Watch this space! There will be a new post within the next eight days!
